Rula Draskovich, MBA, MA
I embarked in the coaching world at first to enhance my managerial and leadership capabilities. It turned out to be a transformational experience. My learning has been of great assistance not only in successfully achieving the restructuring of our family-owned company in a positive and inclusive manner, but also in improving my communication with my colleagues, my family members and my friends, in overcoming my fears and ambivalences, in leaving behind those old habits that I promised myself to stop every morning.
Coaching means to me envisioning the future with creativity and structure, empowerment, clarity, and alignment of my being, thinking and doing. And I learned that it is never too late. Therefore I embraced a coaching career to support people and organizations in bringing forward their resources to speak their vision and goals, to commit to their values and take action.
My path has taken me from Libya to Switzerland, Italy and Austria. I have studied International Relations & Finance at the University of Geneva. Coaching has allowed me to capitalize and to create synergies between my roots and the diverse cultures, mentalities and languages I am confronted with every day of my life. It has provided me with the adaptability and flexibility to support my clients in their professional and private life.
I am ICF-trained and offer my coaching services in English, German and Italian.
