As a coach, I empower high achievers to lead authentically with clarity, courage, and resilience. As a trainer and facilitator, I equip organizations to develop these leaders and create a safe space for their learning and growth.
I bring over 20 years of global experience, working with multi-national companies in the fields of advertising, marketing and retail. My career began in Boston’s advertising industry, which led me through New York’s dynamic business scene, and ultimately brought me to Zurich, where I transitioned into learning & development.
In my most recent leadership role at Swarovski Global, I developed global training managers and sales executives, delivering workshops on communication, conflict resolution, influence, change management, and adaptability. Recognizing the power of a coaching approach in leadership, I deepened my expertise at the Coaches Training Institute, where I discovered my purpose: creating a nurturing space for individuals to embrace their authentic selves and lead with confidence. I have a CPCC and ACC-ICF accreditation.
Having lived and worked across three continents (Asia, North America, and Europe), I bring a unique global perspective, cultural sensitivity, and an innate curiosity that shape how I connect, communicate, and help leaders thrive.
